Good for large event orders, or very custom designs, that will take more than 15 minutes to discuss Fee is nonrefundable, as it holds your event date on the calendar, preventing other customers from booking that date. $25 Fee is credited towards final balance of order. 48 hour cancellation notice needed in order to reschedule
